Why Government Grants Aimed At Debt Relief Does Not Wipe Out Personal Debts

What is the definition of a personal debt? This is the money you owe from your credit card to pay for gas, recreation, clothes, and etc. In other words, those are expenses you have incurred that are paid for your wants. So can government grants aimed at relief be avail to relieve this?
The answer to the question is a loud and clear, no. Who ever gave the people this idea that relief program can erase someone else’s credit responsibilities, should be incarcerated? This is pure wishful thinking. The government did not promise to bail out everyone with credit balances on personal account.
Personal account is literally a personal account. It means that anything charged here is according to your lifestyle. That means if you happen to like the album of Kings of Leon, you can charge this to your account. Alternatively, you happen to fall in love with the new fragrance of Beyonce’ and you outright charge it your credit account.
The underlying question is, why would you involve the government to pay for Kings of Leon's album you bought? What is in it for them? Government grants aimed at relief has nothing to give to Kings of Leon. These simply are personal debts, incurred by the free willing individuals who decided to charge purchases to his credit cards.
There are absolutely no possibilities that government will pay in your behalf, your personal debts pursuant to lifestyle. These debts must be resolve and paid by the individual who made the purchases. However, this person resolves these debts, the government has nothing to do with it directly.
